Millésime has divine aromas of red apple, lemon with a hint of lime and a touch of melon with gorgeous bread dough and hazelnut characteristics coming through from the time on lees.
Dry, long finish that is complex and well balance. Apple, peach and grapefruit coming though.

Winemaking
Millésime was whole bunched pressed and matured for 11 months before being bottled and tirage being undertaken. Millésime has had 60 months on maturing on lees creating gorgeous bread dough and hazelnut characteristics.
Incredible wine that we have only released 594 bottles of and retained the remainder on lees for the Grand Millésime.
